3 km east of the tourist town of Malia are the ruins of the third largest Minoan palace on Crete. Accidental discovery of ancient remains was made by a shepherd who found thin fragments of gold in the surface layers of the earth. In its heyday, the palace covered an area of 7,500 sq m, and according to myths, its ruler was Sarpedon, Minos' brother of Knossos. In today's video, thanks to the shots from the drone, you can look down on the vast remains of this palace.
