Christmas illuminations in Heraklion

Festive illuminations have been turned on in many Polish cities in recent days. The tradition of decorating the streets with special Christmas lights is a great way to brighten up the early dusk. Festive light illuminations also appeared in cities in Crete. In today's news, we would like to show you a short report by neakriti, where you can see what this year's Christmas decorations in Heraklion look like.

Work on decorating the capital of Crete began in early December and will be continued in the following days. For now, Christmas trees and other themed Christmas decorations have been set up in several parts of the city, illuminating the area in the evenings. The mayor of Heraklion emphasized that although this year's celebrations are different for everyone from the previous ones, the light decorations of the city, at least in part, allow you to feel the spirit of traditional Christmas.
